Tasty, c’est quoi ? C’est des recettes hyper simples en vidéo de 30 secondes qui vous scotchent la langue à l’écran tellement c’est décadent…

Camembert bread bowl, ravioli frits, brookies,… Beurre, fromage, sucre, huile… C’est si gras qu’on se demande « Mais comment ils osent ? » et pourtant, on n’a qu’une seule envie, c’est plonger nos doigts dans le bol de sauce à l’écran. Vive le food porn !

1. Pour le goûter : le brookie

The Brookie Here’s what you need- Chocolate Chip Batter: * 10 Tbsp. softened butter * 2/3 cup granulated sugar * 2/3 cup light brown sugar * 1 tsp vanilla * 1 large egg * 1 large egg yolk * 2 cups all-purpose flour * 1 tsp baking soda * 1/4 tsp salt * 1 1/4 cup chocolate chips Brownie Batter: * 10 Tbsp. softened butter * 2/3 cup light brown sugar * 2/3 cup granulated sugar * 1 large egg * 1 large egg yolk * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour * 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder * 1 tsp baking soda * 1/4 teaspoon salt For the chocolate chip batter, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Blend in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the batter with the chocolate chips and mix. Cover and refrigerate while making the brownie batter. For the brownie batter, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Blend in the egg, egg yolk and vanilla. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa. Add the dry ingredients to the batter and mix until combined. Portion both sets of dough into teaspoon sized balls. Grab one chocolate chip ball and one brownie batter ball, press them together and gently form into a flat, but thick cookie shape. The dough will spread while baking. Bake the cookies on baking sheets for 10 minutes at 375˚F / 190˚C. Remove from oven and let the cookies cool on a cooling rack.

  2. Pour l'apéro : Le cheesy buffalo chicken ring 

Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Ring Ingredients: - 4 oz cream cheese - 1/4 cup hot sauce - 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 1 cup Mozzarella cheese - 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls. Recipe Inspired By @Pillsbury How to make it: 1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and hot sauce until smooth. 2. Mix in chicken and Monterey Jack cheese. 3. Unroll cans of dough, separate into triangles. On a large cookie sheet, arrange the triangles in ring, dough should overlap, leaving around 5 inches in the center. 4. Layer half of the Mozzarella on each triangle closest to the ring. 5. Spoon mixture on top of the Mozzarella. Top with the rest of the Mozzarella. 6. Bring the top of the triangle over the filling and tuck the edges under the bottom layer of dough. Repeat around the ring until the entire filling is enclosed. 7. Bake at 375˚F / 190˚C for 35 minutes or until the dough is golden brown. 8. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into serving slices. Serve with choice dressing.

3. Pour le souper : les scotch eggs

Sausage-Wrapped Soft Boiled Egg (Scotch Egg) RECIPE: What you need- 7 Large Eggs 1 lb Ground Sausage 1 Bunch Green Onions 2 Cloves Garlic (minced) 1 Tbls Mustard Salt Pepper Flour Seasoned Bread Crumbs Vegetable Oil (for frying) Instructions: Bring a medium pot of water to a Boil. Add 5 eggs and boil for six minutes. Remove from heat and immediately transfer eggs to an ice water bath to cool (this will prevent the eggs from cooking further and will ensure a nice soft boiled egg) Combine sausage, green onions, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper. Peel the cooled eggs and roll in flour. Press out the sausage mixture into patties and wrap around the floured eggs. whisk the remaining 2 eggs together to form an egg wash. Roll your sausage-wrapped egg in flour, then egg wash, and finish in the seasoned bread crumbs. Repeat for each egg. Heat oil to 300˚F and fry each egg for about 3 minutes, until browned on all sides. Transfer fried eggs to a baking tray and finish cooking in a preheated oven for 5 minutes at 200˚C/400˚F. Enjoy!
